01 · What we provide

A web application for church and ministry leadership: meetings, decisions, tasks, communications, and Bible study tools. Hosted at yahwehleadership.com.

02 · What you provide

• Honest information when you sign up (real name and email).
• A workspace name that does not impersonate another organization.
• Use of the platform in good faith, consistent with biblical ethics.

03 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Communications module to harass, spam, or deceive.
• Attempt to access another workspace's data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the platform.
• Upload content that violates law or is intended to harm.

We may suspend any workspace that breaks these rules. We will notify you and explain why.

04 · Donations

The platform is donation-funded. Specifically:

• No mandatory payment. You can use it free indefinitely.
• Recurring donations auto-renew at the interval you select (monthly or annual) and can be canceled anytime via the customer portal or by emailing support.
• No refunds on past payments. Future renewals can be canceled at any time and take effect at the end of the current period.
• Suggested tier amounts are suggestions, not gates. Anyone can give any amount, and anyone can use the platform without giving.

We use Stripe for billing. Donations are not tax-deductible at this time (Yahweh Leadership is not currently a registered 501(c)(3)). We will update this section if that changes.

05 · AI-generated content

The platform uses Google Gemini to generate Scripture-grounded decision options, Bible study explanations, and meeting summaries. AI output is a suggestion, not pastoral counsel. We strongly encourage you to:

• Verify every Scripture citation against your translation of choice.
• Submit AI-generated decisions and study insights to the discernment of qualified spiritual leaders in your community.
• Never substitute AI output for prayer, pastoral care, or biblical counseling.

We disclaim warranties on AI-generated content. It is a tool, not a teacher.

06 · Your content

You own everything you create in your workspace. We do not claim any rights to it. By using the platform you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

If you delete content or your workspace, we delete it within 30 days (with backups rolling off within 90).

07 · Termination

• You can terminate anytime by deleting your workspace in Settings or emailing support.
• We can terminate if you violate Section 3 or if we shut down the service (we will give 60 days notice in that case and provide a data export).
• Recurring donations stop when the workspace is terminated.

08 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yahweh Leadership and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or ministry opportunities.

Total liability is capped at the greater of: amounts you donated in the past twelve months, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

09 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the operator's principal residence. Disputes are resolved first by good-faith conversation, then by binding arbitration.
