What we collect.
When you sign up: your email address, a hashed password (we never see your actual password), and the workspace name and slug you choose.
When you use the app: the meetings, decisions, tasks, and announcements you create. Personal Bible study notes you save. Anonymous product analytics (pages visited, features used) via PostHog. Anonymous error data via Sentry — used only to fix bugs.
When you donate: Stripe receives your card details directly — we never see them. Stripe sends us back a customer ID and donation status.
What we don't collect.
- We do not track you across other sites.
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketers or AI training providers.
- We do not read your Bible study notes, meeting content, or decision data for any purpose other than serving it back to you.
Who we share with.
Four vendors, each with a specific scope:
- Stripe — payment processing for donations. Their privacy policy.
- Resend — transactional emails (welcome, receipts, password reset). Their privacy policy.
- Google Gemini — the question and context you submit for Bible study, decision generation, or meeting summaries are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce a response. Google does not use API content to train models. Their data policy.
- Sentry & PostHog — anonymous error tracking and product analytics. Neither receives content of your meetings, decisions, or Bible study questions.
That is the full list. No other vendor receives your data.
Cookies.
A session cookie (JWT) to keep you logged in. Anonymous analytics cookies via PostHog (only identified after login, and only if you've consented to login). No advertising cookies. You can clear them anytime in your browser.
Data retention.
While your workspace is active, we keep your data so the platform works. When you delete your workspace, we hard-delete everything within 30 days. Backups containing your data roll off within 90 days. Anonymous analytics may persist beyond that but cannot be linked back to you.
Your rights.
- Export your workspace data — email us and we'll send a JSON archive.
- Delete your account — Settings → Delete Workspace. Irreversible.
- Ask us anything — privacy@yahwehleadership.com goes to Ryan directly.
Changes.
If we change this policy in any material way, we will email every active user before the change takes effect. Not after.
